    This week we discuss Scott Pilgrim (by Canadian Bryan Lee O'Malley) - one of Raman's all-time favorite comics...at least when he read it for the first time in my late 20s. A 6-volume indie comic that ran from 2004-2010, Scott Pilgrim tells the tale of the eponymous slacker who lives in Toronto and plays bass guitar in the band Sex Bob-omb. Scott falls in love with American delivery girl Ramona Flowers, but must defeat her seven evil ex's in order to date her. The books were later adapted to a rocking-awesome film directed by Edgar Wright (starring Michael Cera, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, and quite a few other famous people) that Ryan saw first. We discuss how well the book holds up now that we're grown ups, and reflect on our own twenty-somethings.
